ISO VeraBlue's recipe for sauteed goat cheese rilettes

They sound great, but all I can find by googling is mixtures of some kind of fish with cheese. Can you share your recipe? TIA.

I take the log of goat cheese and cut it into disks. The smaller one usually makes 4 pieces. Flatten them a just a bit to make a firm circle. Dredge in flour. Dip in egg. Dredge in seasoned breadcrumbs. Gently pan fry them till golden. The cheese will be warm and fragrant inside and crispy on the outside.
