Blue Cheese Dip
2 c. sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2/3-3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. red onion, finely chopped
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients well.
Refrigerate for an hour or so.'
Serve chilled with raw vegetable medley
Serves 6-8
This is also great as a topper for baked potato.
