I never liked Sloppy Joes, since they are ... well, sloppy.

So when I saw this recipe on Facebook, I had to try it. https://www.pillsbury.com/recipes/grands-unsloppy-joes/3203cf0c-74bb-4e68-a038-2a43eae76087

The reviewers said to get 2 cans of biscuits, so I did. Also, I filled each with less than 1/3 cup - maybe 1/4 cup. I made 14 Joes.

Took 17 minutes to get some color.

They were just okay. I'd try this method again, with different filling - like cheese and pepperoni and a little sauce.

Peep said she's going to make them.

Sass made tuna melts and liked them.

They sure look nice to me.

When I did this with the tuna/cheese/onion and mayo filling, I laid each round on top of the other, then finger sealed the edges all around then flipped them over in a curl all around.
Didn't fold the entire packet or fork the edges at all.

I probably could have done that with these, since I cooked down the filling so much that very little liquid was left.
