Frozen Fruit Salad

2 (1 lb 4 oz) cans crushed pineapples
1 (1 lb) can sliced peaches
1 c grapes, halved
3/4 c maraschino cherries, ut in eighths
1/4 lb (15) marshmallows, quartered
1 tsp crystallized ginger
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/8 c cold water
1/2 c orange juice
1/8 c lemon juice
1 1/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 c pecans, chopped
1 pint shipping cream, prepared
1 1/3 c mayonnaise

Drain fruit, reserving pineapple juice. Combine fruit with marshmallows and ginger. Heat pineapple juice (1 1/2c) to boiling. Add gelatin that has been softened in 1/8 c cold water. Stir until dissolved. Add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Chill until begins to thicken. Add fruit and nuts. Fold in mayonnaise and whipped cream.
