I snagged a boneless chunk of lamb on sale so I grabbed it. Had to trim lots of fat, sinew and silver skin, but it was worth it.

Diced it and marinated it in Magnificent Marinade http://www.netcookingtalk.com/forums/showthread.php?p=304706#post304706 which truly is magnificent.

Nuked some cut up vegs for a few minutes and threaded them on skewers.

Threaded the meat on separate skewers.

Grilled all and served with a choice of white rice or pita. Next time I'll have to remember to take a photo of the nicely grilled MEAT!

One of my family's favorite meals - great memories of childhood!

That is a great buy! I was looking at lamb today to make a biriani but it was to pricey. I'll use chicken.
