Default Smart Ones - Ham and Cheese Scramble

I occasionally take a frozen meal to work for lunch. I get the ones under 300 calories, which means that the portions are small, but fine for lunch.

I've not been able to recommend any of them until now. Weight Watcher's Smart Ones, Ham and Egg Scramble is honestly DELICIOUS!

People who have to watch salt intake might want to pass, as it's 520 mg of sodium.

But, boy, it's tasty and convenient! Would be a perfect breakfast with a slice of toast!
