We had pizza for dinner. Used Mama Mary's thin pizza crusted topped with Trader Joe's pizza sauce, grated parmesan and romano cheeses and mozzarella.

I bought a beef one, from your suggestion. Perhaps for lunch tomorrow. I'm glad you enjoyed the chicken one.

Had some shrimp with crackers and cocktail sauce and butter dip.
DD made the best chili ever. beef / sausage ( hot Italian ) / spices ? cumin, pepper, paprika ...... then she added a minced peeled apple; a cup of sweet corn, and fresh plum peeled tomatoes. All finished in the slow cooker for 4 hours. It was hot / sweet taste. I really liked it....

Embryodad ... Is there a recipe for the Chili ??

Last night's Chicken/Bacon Alfredo over Angel Hair... Bacon Bits in the Sauce and Bacon Strips hitchhiking of the Chicken Breast. Peas and Pearls and a Salad of Romaine, Radishes and Black Olives, with a healthy shake of Grated Parmesan.

Breast was cooked in the Air-Fryer...

A slice of provolone would have been nice on these, but we quite enjoyed them as is.
I like radishes in potato salad too.
Might be my new thing.

Very 'White' ... Corn was hard to find, not much Chicken, but a slew of Diced Potato....... you gotta love her crusts, tho.......

Do all-a-ya wrap the crust edge with foil as per instructions ?

Oh, and the usual suspects in the Salad, dressed with Russian (Ken's)

It looks good anyway, Lucky.
Yes, the crust is wonderful.
I've never wrapped the edges in foil.

I think Dan just inspired dinner for tonight.

Oh my my my!
That looks delicious, medtran.
Did you deglaze the pan with wine before adding chicken stock?
I've looked at several recipes.
Seems something I'd sure like to try.

Great-looking dinners, here!

Dan, your ham and eggs meal is making my mouth water! Also, I meant to compliment you on the lovely photo of lamb chops and wine!

Yes and there's actually no chicken stock in it. However, next time I think I'll use a little less wine and a little chicken stock, as it was a little bit too winey tasting for me. Thought about doing that last night, but didn't. This recipe is the one I used.

Thanks!
I like the idea of all that garlic.
The recipe I found calls for wine and stock, but I'd probably leave out the wine and deglaze with water and go full stock maybe?

Thanks for the tip, medtran and omg! that looks like nothing else I've ever seen or eaten.
Beautiful!

Welp, I got the country fried steak, mash and country gravy, green beans with ham, biscuit and salad.
I didn't finish the salad because I knew I wouldn't have room for the main event.

They've these new things.. biscuit bowls which looked tempting.
Next time? Lol

Finally got around to Peeps' Sesame Noodles..... Made a half-recipe, and consumed mass quantities....
Didn't have low-sodium Soy Sauce.... dish would have been better if I had used it.... just a ted on the salty side.
The inevitable Salad was baptized in Country French...

Looks like I forgot to put the camera on Macro...... pretty fuzzy.... Sorry !
