Brown rice (varieties)

I came home with brown Jasmine, short grained brown, and long grained brown.

Any idea what's best for which kinds of recipes ? thanks

I believe that long grain is by far the most common variety of brown rice sold in the U.S., so I'd use it unless the recipe calls for one of the others. They're all very good on their own.
