I'll join. I had been a little lax for about a year and a half for personal reasons but things are on the up and up and I'm back in the gym.

We cook from scratch 95% of the time and watch fat, sugar, and salt intake. At my age weight is a little bit difficult to shed but then again I don't have far to go.

I'm with you, Suzi. Let's do it!

Yes... a small piece of chocolate! If you starve your self of all the things you love all the time you'll end up over eating them in the end! ENJOY a treat now and then!!

This is a very sound philosophy! (How often is "now and then"? Does that mean now, and then some more later?:wink:)

You guys and your jokes. This is the "serious" forum. But there's nowhere to move it that makes sense. We could make it a sticky but then you'd be reminded of jam or peanut butter or armpits after a workout. What to do.. what to do....
