very cool. i was thinking of getting a new roasting pan because the rack in my old one is chipped and warped. i think i'll check this one out.

i've often thought that i wished my pan was bigger and the rack was farther above the pan so the back of the chicken would brown better. this looks like it would do the trick. i wonder if the fat and juices run down the lifter flange, though.

Sass posted this a while back. It is a pretty cool looking roaster. I, unfortunately, ordered something from them and now I'm on their mailing list. It appears they are trying to make that roaster their meal ticket for as much as it adorns the cover.

I still like that roaster.
