Thai BBQ Spice Blend

1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Dee when I make a spice blend I put them into either a regular spice jar or if a large amount bell canning jars. I store them like any other spice you would buy in the store.

yes, but this has Fresh ginger and minced garlic.....so that would make it a wet mixture right?

Sorry I coppied it but didn't pick up on the fact it was fresh, sorry my bad advice on this. Bam is right in store it in fridge.
