Thank you Cooksie. Yup! I learned a lot about rolling pasta in a short time. The first batch was a bit too thick. The second batch was much better. I am surprised that it is not awfully hard to make pasta. It is one of the things that I always thought was beyond me.

Oh, Andy! Your lasagna looks FANTASTIC!!! Was everyone impressed that you'd made your own sausage and pasta???

Thank you Lee, they all loved it and were impressed that I had made all of it.

I did have one person that said that Italians only make lasagna with a mixture of Beef, Pork and Veal. I never really thought about it and honestly have not seen that to be the case. Does anyone else know if this is the tradition or not?
