Thank you Cooksie. Yup! I learned a lot about rolling pasta in a short time. The first batch was a bit too thick. The second batch was much better. I am surprised that it is not awfully hard to make pasta. It is one of the things that I always thought was beyond me.

I did have one person that said that Italians only make lasagna with a mixture of Beef, Pork and Veal. I never really thought about it and honestly have not seen that to be the case. Does anyone else know if this is the tradition or not?
