Pretzel Crusted Pork Chops

Chops:

8 thin cut pork chops.
4 cups crushed pretzel jims
4 eggs
2 tblsp water
2 cups flour
salt and pepper
stick of butter or olive oil

Sauce:

2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsps orange marmalade

Sauce:

Reduce heavy cream by 1/2 over medium to low heat. While gently whisking, slowly add the honey, mustard, vinegar and marmalade. Salt to taste.

Pork Chops:

Whisk eggs and water. On one side only, dip the pork chops in flour, then egg, then pretzels. Place the pork chops in a skillet pretzel side down over medium heat with butter or olive oil. Turn chops once pretzels are golden brown. Finish in the oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
