I make it just about the same but it's just salt, pepper, olive oil, and a few cloves of minced garlic.
mmmmm.

I used Emeril's recipe tonight, which is similar to those posted above, but he adds some lemon juice, parm cheese and chives. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/...c-olive-oil-and-lemon-juice-recipe/index.html

We loved it!

I wish, though, that I'd seen this recipe for Caper Aioli to use as a dipping sauce before I ate the cauliflower.

From the Hearty Boys on Food TV:

Caper Aioli:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons capers, chopped
1 teaspoon caper brine
1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves

Rub the inside of a decorative bowl with the garlic clove.
Put the mayonnaise, salt, olive oil, capers, caper brine and parsley in a mixing bowl and mix well to combine. Transfer to the decorative bowl and serve with roasted cauliflower

I really can't stand cauliflower. It seems so bland and brain-like. But I haven't given it a chance in a while, so I'll try your method Qsis, sounds enticing. And thanks Bam for starting the thread.

I made something like this a few nights ago....
Sorry.. I didn't measure anything just threw it all together...

Cut cauliflower into pieces..
par-boil icauliflower in chicken broth
drain well

in a bowl mix
garlic flavored bread crumbs
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
parm cheese. ( I use the real stuff but I'm sure the canned would work too.)
Toss in the cauliflower. Make sure it's well coated with crumb mixture
spread out on tinfoil lined cookie sheet
Melt some real butter and pour over the top...
bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes..
top with more cheese and bake again until cheese is melted.
