Pepper Jelly and Gingerale Glazed Ham

This sounded good and I had almost all of the ingredients, but it is a BAD RECIPE!

Way too unnecessarily fussy, and the ham was overcooked in half the time per the recipe! Plus, just a few fennel seeds gave the meat a horrible licorice flavor - yuck!

Can't imagine why some reviewers loved it! At least the collard greens and Simply Potatoes were good.

But, after one meal of it, I cut off the outer edges, made ham and pickle salad (with HB eggs) :wub: and saved the bone and some meat for pea soup in the future.
