Same here, Peeps.
It's proving to be another busy day.
I'm considering beef bulgogi and sushi from Ninja.

Default Re: What have you eaten Sunday 10/6/2019 to Saturday 10/12/2019?

clueless what to have for supper......
I could go for spaghetti with Tuna / breadcrumbs and minced garlic.
........................................... OR .................................................. ........
Shells with fried onions and kidney beans.

Last night, we had rib eye steaks. They were so tough. Like chewing on leather. They must have been "select' product.
The two left not cooked, I will grind for chopped meat. I'm surprised ShopRite market let us down on those steaks.

We're having rib eye bulgogi that has been marinating since early a.m., sliced the meat last night and was going to make marinade after dinner, but that didn't happen. Rice and 5 banchan will go with, 1 is made, 1 is made, but has to be cooked, and I'll be making 1 shortly. The other 2 have to be made and/or cooked right before dinner.

I got Korean beef bulgogi.

Wauseon roll/deep fried-red snapper,avocado, cream cheese,scallions and special sauce.

Crunchy crunch/-shrimp tempura, cucumber, mayo with crab crunch topping.

The sushi rolls they prepare are named for things, places in the area (Wauseon roll, Wildcat roll/school team and Sylvania roll)

It is all fabulous!

Well, not as pretty as it could have been.... Should have placed the Scallops above the Sauce better, and should have sprinkled the Bacon bits on instead of adding them to the sauce........ and I remembered too late that I don't like working with Angel Hair.....

Remember.... the Stomach has no eyes; so it can't see what the scallops dish looks like. It does have a mouth, and a tongue, and I'm sure it said thank you to the chef!

Chilaquiles with chicken seasoned with S, P, cumin and coriander, with poblanos, onions, fresh tomatoes, garlic, Munster cheese, crema, cilantro and the leftover homemade corn tortillas sliced and fried, garnished with fresh cilantro. Great taste, but not a pretty picture in any way whatsoever.
