These were excellent, and satisfied a Super Bowl tradition while "being good"!
I served them with Lite bleu cheese dressing, to which I added a couple of tablespoons of full-fat crumbled bleu cheese - perfect!

Weight Watchers Buffalo Chicken Fingers - 5 p+
Cooking spray
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 teas. paprika (I used smoked paprika)
1 teas. minced fresh garlic
2 T. butter (they called for fat free margarine, but I used the real stuff)
4 T. or more hot sauce (I used Frank's)
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Place chicken on a plate and season the strips with salt and paprika. Cook chicken in skillet until lightly browned, 5-7 minutes. Turn heat down to low, add garlic, cook another 30 seconds.
Microwave butter for a few seconds to melt it. Add in hot sauce and stir. Pour over chicken, and just heat through.
