Radish dip RIP Bud Graeme

Today I went to a memorial service for a man I had the pleasure of meeting a few years back, he really enjoyed cooking for friends and family and here is one of the recipes they had of his, at the memorial service. Now I am not a big fan of radishes in fact I do not like radishes but this was a fantastic dip recipe that he was famous for. They served it at the services for Bud today and it is absolutely delicious you have to try it. As I said I'm not a big fan of radishes but this is a keeper recipe.
Here it is;

Radish dip

8 ounces softened cream cheese
one bunch of radishes graded
1 teaspoon salt and one clove garlic mashed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Combined all and serve with chips

Guts, I am a HUGE fan of radishes and love new recipes to use them!

Can't wait to try this dip next Spring with my home-grown rads!

Thanks for posting it!
