Oriental Broccoli Salad

1 c salad oil
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c vinegar
3 pkgs Raman noodles, oriental flavor
1 pkg broccoli slaw
1 c red cabbage, shredded
1/2 c green onion, chopped
1 c toasted sliced almonds

mix oil, sugar, vinegar and flavor packets from Raman noodles. Add remianing ingredients and toss. serve immediately.

Note: If you don't want such a crunchy salad, cook the noodles until soft, drain and then mix everything together.

You don't have to cook the Ramen noodles if you want a softer salad - just make it a day in advance and refrigerate. The noodles soften.

It's wonderful both ways!
