Apple Glazed Pork Roast

Apple Glazed Pork Roast
1 ( 4 lb.) pork loin roast, trimmed
1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. brown sugar
6 granny Smith apples, quartered, seeds cut out
1 tsp. ground ginger

Rub the roast on all sides with the salt and pepper. Brown the pork roast under the broiler; Drain off excess fat.
Place apple quarters in the bottom of a crockpot.
Sit the roast on top of the apples.
Combine the apple juice, brown sugar, and ginger.
Spoon mixture over the roast.
Cover and cook on Low setting for 10-12 hours or
until done.

Sounds great Lucky! My low setting on mine went out, and it only cooks on the high setting now. Would it come out okay using the high setting?

Y'know, Peg;
I've never done anything on "high" in my crock, so I'm not sure how to adjust the times...........
