I grilled up some hot wings to munch on during the Lakers win over the Celtics last night..:D

I seared them first, then smoked with a chunk of hickory for about 30 min.

here's my entry. cheese and basil sausage, buffalo burgers, and middle eastern rubbed chicken breasts on the grill, along with my bobby flay brand (lol) smoker box with mesquite chips.

Surf and Turf!
Nothing super fancy... Cajun grilled shrimp and a sirloin with white wine and butter sauteed mushrooms and onions. The oven baked potato got some olive oil and salt on the skin first.
Note the unhealthy amount of sour cream on the tater... I waited to put the rest on until after the picture, LOL! It's a weakness of mine on baked taters.

I have that same weakness but with hollandaise sauce . Love your whole meal!

Ok, finally got everything out of the camera. Did a little grilling over the weekend!

First, this wasn't cooked outdoors, but it was such an awesome appetizer, I had to share it here. It's battered and fried green Bell pepper strips with Ranch dressing. Simply awesome!

It was a first for us as well. My neighbor said he saw.......

Rachel Ray make them on a cooking show. He was dying to try them, so I figured what the heck. I was very impressed with them. I'll definitely make them again. :chef:

Way to go, Keltin , beautiful chicken and meatloaf. Those Weber kettles are so versatile.

Did "beercan" Cornish Hen last night. Cornish Hens are smaller than a chicken (ya' think?) so they require a smaller can.

Great looking food! We are an alcohol free home...long story...I wonder if I can use a can of pineapple juice instead of beer?
