Black Garlic?

Has anyone ever heard of this before?

It is supposed to have less acidity and bite than regular garlic. It also look very creepy to me!

There was a Black garlic Recipe in the garlic IC.

It's also supposed to be less offensive on your breath than regular garlic as well.
