Quick and Easy Brown Rice

It's got a lot of flavour too. :)

8 oz fresh, sliced mushrooms
1/2 c sliced green onions
1 T oil
3 c brown rice, that has been cooked in your favourite broth.


Saute mushrooms and onions in oil in large skillet on medium heat until tender. Add the rice.
Stir gently until heated through.

Makes 6 servings.
