2 lbs. very lean meat, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried onion, chopped​
1 teaspoon salt

Ribeyes are too fatty and that fat will go rancid. I generally use any lean beef such as round steak but london broil is a good choice too

Awesome advice! I use round as well. It's incredibly lean and makes great jerky! :thumb:
