Easy Stuffed Acorn Squash

2 acorns
15 oz can cream style corn
3 T sliced green onion
1/4 c melted butter
3 T brown sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/3 c crushed saltine crackers

With a sharp knife, pierce the squash several times.
Place in microwave and cook on high for 6 minutes.
Slice 1/4" off ends, then cut in half crosswise and remove seeds.
Place them cut side up in microwavable dish.
Cover and cook on high 8-10 minutes.
Combine corn and onion, then spoon into the squash halves.
Combine melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in pecans and cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over squash for an additional 3-5 minutes.
