That surely puts big in perspective.
I read a book about sea turtle rescues.
Sometimes the poor creatures get wrapped up in fishing nets/etc, and crawl onto shore half-dead.
Sometimes they eat plastic bags that people have thrown into the water
, and get this bubble/bump on their backs and can no longer submerge themselves. Same thing, crawl up onto shore half-dead.
Wenches and straps have to be used to lift the turtles into the back of a type of animal rescue ambulance. Rescue takes a team of people.
I found all the turtle stuff fascinating.
