Whoaaaaa! Lisa, that looks fantastic for a hungry crowd!

I wanted to save it to my file without the photos, so I copied and pasted just the text.

I'll post it here, in case others would like to do the same.

If that's not okay with you, please PM me.

Can't wait to try this!

Meatball Sub Casserole: (by ylisa7)

Ingredients:

1 large package of frozen garlic bread
45 oz. jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1(about 35) package frozen Italian meatballs
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat the bread according to the package directions. Finish off under the broiler so the bread won't get too soggy.

Once that is finished cool the bread and break into small chunks. Spread in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle some of the mozzarella on top and broil for a minute or so.
Meanwhile put the frozen meatballs in a pot, Add the sauce and mix. Heat until the meatballs are hot about 20 minutes.
Add that to the top of the bread and cheese in the pan.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted. I popped it under the broiler to get the cheese really browned. I like it that way.
