1 TBS. butter (I use salted butter)
1 TBS. sesame oil
2 TBS. soy sauce
3 TBS. hearty red wine
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
pinch of black pepper
1 - 8 oz. pkg. button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

In a 9" frying pan melt and combine oil & butter
Turn heat to medium high and add mushrooms and garlic and black pepper.
Cook until liquid is brought out and cooked down(maybe
5 minutes), stirring to coat all shrooms.
Add soy sauce and wine and continue cooking on medium high just until juices look syrupy.
(If you cook down too much, the soy sauce will get
really salty)

I serve this over grilled steaks. Enough for 2)

Nope it is her turn to cook, steaks, mushrooms topping, baked potato and a salad. I have a couple of nice prime ribs (actually 14 of them) so we will split one.

YUM!
If it wasn't anniversary night, I'd try to sneak in the back door and joint ya! I'd bring dessert.
