Here is a recipe that I've had for a long time.
Don't know if I've posted it before, but don't think I did.
You could actually use shredded pork or beef in the recipe and use a gravy to match those tastes, I suppose.
It's not all that unusual, but it's damn good.
-------
1 pkg jumbo pasta shells
3 c shredded chicken
3/4 c mayo
1 box of prepared Stove Top stuffing mix
1 large jar or can of chicken gravy (like Heinz Homestyle or Campbell's)
First cook the shells then drain and rinse.
Make the stuffing according to the box, then mix in the chicken and the mayo.
Spoon some of the gravy into the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
Fill the shells with the chicken mixture and place close together in dish.
Pour rest of chicken gravy over all the shells.
Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes in 350 oven.
