This freezes real well. We usually eat one and freeze one. The one that goes in the freezer (uncooked) gets plastic wrap pressed onto the top (when cool) and covered with foil. When ready to eat, take the plastic off , add a couple of T's of chicken broth, re-cover with foil, and bake until bubbly in center.
