Yes me though I've not had an outage at my place the power is out at my son's and grand daughter place. They also haven't had water in 3 days due to the power outage.

We have a lovely lady some here are concerned about.
We thought this was the problem when she couldn't even be reached
by cell phone. (Katie E)
No one has heard from her most of the week.
Now we know why.

Yes cell phones as well as hard lines seem to be a problem here. A lot of power lines down in our area though I don't know how we still have power but hasn't even had a flicker.
