Pork Kidney Recipes

Anyone have any that they've tried & enjoyed?

I have two pork kidneys in the freezer & have never cooked them before (although I have enjoyed beef & lamb kidneys).

Internet search found me a Chinese & a French recipe that both sounded interesting, but was just wondering if anyone here has cooked them in a way that they enjoyed.

That's a new one on me, BC - never heard of them!

My late MIL used to make kidney stew with pork kidneys, and the recipe went to the grave with her. It was never written down, but I was in her close circle of friends that would be called when she made it, and we would appear to make the whole pot disappear, complete with a big scoop of fresh made polenta. Wish I could help you out, but all I have is the memory.
