I went to IHOP yesterday with my DIL and had their strawberry cheese blintzes. OMG - those are so good. Really, they are just crepes wrapped around cottage cheese with some sour cream and strawberries on top, but I love them.

Banana pancakes is number one!! I also love blueberries on my hotcakes. You can make them with blueberries fresh on top, cooked inside or both.

I am thinking this very warm end to the winter here will probably hurt the syrup makers up here this season. Nothing like fresh maple syrup on pancakes.

YUM strawberries. Luv blueberry & chocolate chip.

Can't beat maple syrup. One year they ran an ad for pancakes & french toast topped with powdered sugar, whipped cream & caramel syrup - w/ fruit (peaches?) on the side. Boy, oh boy, oh boy! LOL
