Creamy Cabbage

1/2 cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion-sliced
1 t beef bouillon
3 T butter
1/3 c sour cream
salt and pepper

Melt butter in skillet. Add the onion and sautee over medium heat.
Toss in cabbage and cook until tender and lightly browned.
Sprinkle bouillon powder over and continue cooking, while adding salt and pepper-about 1 minute more.
Remove from heat, stirring in sour cream to coat well.

Ohhhhhh, baby! I was wondering what to do with rest of the head of cabbage left over from Sunday's dinner. I'll alter the details a bit, but at least I now have my dinner figured out. I think some fresh grated cheese and seasoned bread crumbs might also be in order, and maybe a few of the myriad tomatoes we have on the counter. I'll post pics later.
