Heyyyyyyyyyy, how'd you do that, Paymaster?

Did you core out the center? With what???

Very neat trick!

Lee

Thanks y'all.

I froze a kielbasa in a straightened out position. Then I bought a pork loin and cut it in half. I took a long slinder knife and pushed it thru the loin from one end to the other. I took the frozen kielbasa and forced it into the cut. I let it all sit for an hour before putting in the smoker. I rubbed it with crushed peppercorns, and smoked at 225* until the internal temp at the kielbasa was at 145*. I smoked the other half unstuffed at the same time to the same temp.

Oh, that's wonderful, PM!

Was the pork loin still tender and juicy?

Did the dish live up to your expectations? Did you and everyone else love it?

The deal with pork loin is to not over cook and thus dry it out. In this case it turned out perfect and there were no leftovers.

Hello to you too, and thanks for the welcome back. I may just shoot ya a PM instead of threadjacking this thread with silly B.S.
