1 c diced celery
1 c diced green onions
1 tbsp butter
2 pkgs frozen peas
1 can water chestnuts
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c boiling water
1 tbsp cornstarch
Salt
Pepper
Accent (optional)
Saute celery and onions in butter, but leave crisp. Add frozen peas. Fry until partially cooked.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add cornstarch. Add peas, celery and onion. Cook until thick and peas are done. Season with salt, pepper and Accent.
Add water chestnuts and serve.
