Onion Burgers

Two nights ago I made hamburger "steak" onion burgers with a baked russet on the side. I fried the burgers in a Wagner chicken fryer and used WOR on the burger for a blackened look. The gravy is McCormick's gluten free brown gravy. It was excellent. BTW, my mrs ground chuck for the burger with our Kitchen Aid mixer.

To make the gravy: I gave the burgers a health amount of Worcestershire Sauce - my mom called them sizzle burgers. After I took the the burgers out of the skillet, I sautéed the onions, took them out, and made gravy from two packets of McCormick's Gluten Free Brown Gravy Mix. When the gravy was thickened I added the onions back to he gravy.
