Besides the epicurious and home and garden websites where just about everyone knows one can search for recipes there is another place that is quite awesome.

It is the new home for what once was called SOAR (searchable online archive of recipes):
http://www.recipesource.com/

It is an awesome tool!

Hundred's of them on the net but Food Network is good but I have maybe 50 bookmarked that I've used. I mostly use recipe sites to see how others would cook a dish but usually wind up changing them.

Allrecipes.com is a good one for ideas. I hardly ever follow a recipe from the internet exactly as it is written...

I only attempt someones recipe if there's a picture. Otherwise, it's just an idea. I usually google something like: Lobster Recipe then ckick Images and see which pic looks best.

I like FN and Allrecipes as well, but like Jeekinz I prefer to see pictures to help me decide which recipe to go with.
And yea, I end up modifying a lot of them.
