Yay! I get to redeem myself! The last time I made steak, my grease pan caught fire. The thermometer pegged, the grill lid discolored, and those steaks were charred crispy! :oops:

My personal take is that it could be any kind of steak - I'm hoping someone will do something with a tuna steak.

OK. I guess I'm the first to cook steak this week. Here's my steak au poivre. I'm going to the beef section and to the veggie section to post instructions.

(I know the date says 2006, but I screwed up the date setting on my camera - It really was last night!)

Very Nice! :dancing:The first time I had this, I thought, "Ummmm, that's going to be way too much pepper for me." But it wasn't. The asparagus is beautiful too.

alright people, i havent felt hungry in about 5 days... now i am darn hungry... time to take a steak out of the freezer

i just bought some at a yard sale last weekend..posting pics in a bit
