Pineapple-Almond Chop Suey

3 tablespoons oil
1 cup onion - chopped
1 cup celery - diced
1 cup white cabbage - shredded
3 tablespoons vegetable stock
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup almonds - slivered
3 cups brown rice, cooked

heat oil in a large wok.

add onions,celery and cabbage.Stir and fry about 3 minutes.add vegetable stock.

cover with lid and steam for about 5 minutes then add bean sprouts,pineapple,soy sauce and almonds.. steam until sprouts and pineapple are hot.

serve of the brown rice.
