Bacon-fried wonton

I fried up some bacon for BLT's the other day and had a lot of lovely hot bacon grease in the pan.

I folded over three wonton wrappers and dropped them in the hot grease, cooked till golden, and sprinkled with kosher salt.

They were just okay - wouldn't make them again.
