Made these for Superbowl yesterday and they were a hit.
Nowhere near as good as fried Crab Rangoon, but a heck of a lot easier!
Lee
Easy Baked Crab Rangoon
12 wonton wrappers
6 oz can crabmeat
4 oz. cream cheese
3 green onions, finely chopped (save some for garnish)
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash soy sauce
dash hot sauce
Spray a mini muffin tin with Pam. Mix filling ingredients, saving some green onions for garnish.
Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin. Spray a little more Pam on the wrappers. Fill each wonton.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, until edges are brown. Garnish with a few chopped green onions.
Serve with dipping sauce, such as soy sauce with garlic and ginger.
