8 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
2 large onions, coarsely chopped
1 packaged kielbasa-cut into 1/2" slices
2 green bell peppers, cleaned and cut into strips
salt and pepper
Fry bacon til crisp, remove and drain on paper towels. Add onion to bacon drippings and saute until golden.
Cook kielbasa slices in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, then add to pan of sauteed onions, along with pepper strips.
Reduce heat to low and cook an additional 10 minutes.Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon onto a serving plate and top with the bacon.
