Has anyone ever made this before?

I want to try it, but instead of doing it the regular way, using a whole turkey (pictured at left), I want to do it using a rolled up type (right). Less to have to make!! :piesmiley1:

The only problem is that duck meat is not available in cut portions like you'd see turkey & chicken. I HAVE seen it available in just the leg & thigh portions though.

This would take some careful planning & work. :cooking:

I have never made one,but I sure would love to try it! Looks like a lot of work though!
