- 16 oz Velveeta, cut into chunks
- 1 7 oz can of diced green chiles
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup milk
Combine all the ingredients and heat very slowly until cheese melts. If you like a thinner queso, add more milk. It's a great topper for tostados, tacos, beans, or just as a snack.
