Breakfast was a granola bar.
Lunch will be cottage cheese and tomato slices.
Dinner will likely be the creamed chicken on toast, if not burgers and baked beans.
Still deciding.

Spaghett!
With ground beef, marinara sauce and ricotta.

Brunch was over easy eggs, medium bacon (I hate when bacon shatters when I bite it. It tastes burnt to me. I like my bacon pliable), and toasted bakery seeded rye bread.

Dinner was Chinese take-out - Roast pork with Chinese vegetables and pork fried rice.

I'm with you peeps. I H A T E crispy burnt tasting bacon too! I take my bacon out first, and cook it crispy for Tina and the kids when they are here for it.

Gotta have rye with seeds too! That's if we can get good bakery rye.
We have no good rye bread here. Tina gets it though, when she is in Livingston; shopping for her uncle at the ShopRite there!

I grilled 35 burgers at church today. Another guy grilled 20 hot dogs on his gas Weber. The hotdogs were huge Nathan's and more like a polish sausage and quite good. the congregation did a pot luck and it was a huge success. My pulled pork was a hit and got lots of compliments.

Tonight the mrs made pad thai with gluten free linguini and hit was very good.

We had scrambled eggs and ham with cheddar, plus homemade angel biscuits from the freezer for breakfast.

I like the bakery rye bread from the Lyndhurst ShopRite.

You can send that Cabbage Slop over to me, Jimmy - looks great!

With a slice of toasted seeded rye, I'd be in heaven!

Look Good to Me, Sass... Pasta of any sort makes a pretty picture in my view........

Peeps !
That's some really busy Fried Rice.... Even the ten-ingredient fried rice offered up at my local take-out isn't nearly that colorful !

Tonight, it's meatloaf that T-mommy cooked last night. I will heat it by using steam so that it doesn't dry out.
T-mommy is gonna make bag mashed potatoes, and beans from the farm stand.
Tomorrows supper is cooking in the slow cooker. Chicken soup. I used two boneless / skinless thighs. Chicky Chicky Boom Boom!

Thank you Lee.

It was only like 78F yesterday plus I used convection roast so it only took about 2 hours to cook this 18 lb. bird.

Had a turkey sandwich for breakfast.

Probably the same for lunch YUM!

Not sure about dinner. Have several choices - Sirloin steak (reverse seared) or Bertoli zucchini & spinach spaghetti with tomato sauce and turkey meatballs.

Wow Peeps!
:wub::readytoeat:

Breakfast was a large coffee and muffin from Circle K.
Lunch was a 6" turkey club from Quiznos.
Dinner - I'm going to make a typical/simple English supper.
That said, I'd kill for some Cumberland or Lincolnshire sausages to go with!
Sigh...

Beans on toast (Heinz, they must be Heinz).
Fried over easy eggs.
Simply wonderful.

View attachment 28169
I'll second the Heinz products. Nothing but in this house.
It was Heinz Vegetarian Beans on no meat Fridays, growing up.
We used to say,"Hey Mom, why can't you just throw away the pork pieces from pork and beans for Friday?" She said,"Because the meat juices will cause it to be a sin to eat it!"
We as kids, would gag if we found a cube of fat in a can of beans. LOL

To think, "little did I know that today, I would be carving, biting, and eating the fat off a pigs @$$.!" Ummm! Love the fat on the ham.
