Pan seared tuna on a bun!!!!!!! Good eats tonite! Oven roasted kale and potatoes on the side.

I must say that does look tasty,and a great job of presentation. Which reminds me I have a piece of vacuum sealed yellowfin tuna in the freezer

Washed it, dried it really good, cut it off the stem and into chip size pieces, tossed in olive oil and kosher salt, spread even on a pan and put in the oven at 225*, flipped it after 10 minutes and cook another 10. They were crunchy and very good.

I tried that recently and think I cooked mine way too long.

Gonna try them again, though!
