Chuckwagon Cookie's Chorizo, Andouille and Carmelized Onion Pizza

1 pizza crust
Herdez Salsa Ranchera, small can
Two links of chorizo sausage, casing removed
Two links of Andouille sausage, well chopped
Can of refried beans * see recipe below
Half an onion, in strips
Fresh jalapeno to taste, sliced very thin, ribs removed
Bag of "mexican" shredded cheese (a blend)
8 -12 grape tomatoes, sliced.
1 avocado, diced
Fresh cilantro

Brown the chorizo sausage for a few minutes, then add the Andouille
and saute for about 4 more minutes or until done. Let cool.
Meanwhile, carmelize the onions in some of the meat's juices/grease.
(Heat oil, add onions, add a bit of salt, toss, reduce heat and cover.
Let cook for 10 minutes or so, then check. Add jalapeno slices.)

Prepare the Refried Beans. Let cool a little, but they are easier to
spread while warm.

Spread a medium thin layer of the Rancera sauce on the pizza crust,
then spoon on the beans. Spread carefully over the pizza... they should
blend with the Ranchera, making spreading easier.

Layer on your cheese, then the meat. Add the onions and peppers.
Add more cheese. Add the tomatoes. Bake as directed by the crust
directions.
Remove, top with avocado and cilantro!
Serve with salsa as dipping/topping.
