This is a recipe of Red Lobsters'.

Lobster Pizza
flour tortilla
roasted garlic butter spread (Land-of-Lakes brand)
2 T. parmesan cheese
4 oz. drained roma tomato, diced
2 T. fresh basil, julienned
2 oz. lobster meat (or crab or imitation crab)
1/2 c. Italian 6 cheese blend

Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Lightly brush tortilla with garlic butter spread. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Drain tomatoes, sprinkle over cheese. Sprinkle basil next. Top with lobster. Sprinkle cheese over top.
Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Brush pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook 5-6 minutes. Cut into wedges.

This is the recipe for 1. Just double or triple for however many tortillas you want to make.

LOL, I couldn't sleep last night so I went through my repertoire of recipes. See I can even use big words.

Sounds good homecook. I gotta add mozz somewhere too.
I gotta be true to my italian roots. Bad enough I'd use tortillas.
Know what I mean? Couldn't look the dad in the eye.

You know, I HATE it when DW just picks all the toppings off a pizza leaving a naked and barren crust with only a semblance of sauce left on that poor wilted and shivering crust.

But you know……DANG, I’d pick at this pizza fast. Just gotta be quick and make sure no one sees me!
