Just pick them up and take bites. They are a bit messy, but are fairly small, maybe 4-5 inches across. They were very good.

LOVE Tyson chicken patties!

Ten minutes in the toaster oven, flip, spoon a little tomato sauce and a sprinkle of shredded cheese, five more minutes.

Crispy on the outside, moist and tender inside. mmmMMMM!

With a glass of Malbec.

I've never seen Stouffer's tuna noodle casserole in my stores.

It's good, but the serving size sure isn't what it used to be.

For dinner tonight I'm making 2 Mama Mary pizzas with the Tuscan crust.
With sausage, pepper, onions and mozz.
I bought a small jar of Prego pizza sauce because they were out of Classico.

Rice and beans again. No meat for us today, but Tina and I rolled out and baked 15 Lbs. of Meatballs for the church function tomorrow, and for the soup kitchen.

I do believe I prefer these Tuscan style crusts better than the original.
They are indeed bursting with the taste of rosemary and parsley.
Thanks again Peeps for turning me on to these.
So easy and fun to put together.

Mmm I love the look of that stew and corn cake, medtran.
Lucky! I keep forgetting to make the sprouts/radish combo.
It's going on the reminder list.

I cooked tonight. DD said she'll do the dishes.
Salad, Baked Potato w/sour Cream & Parsley from the garden.
T-Bones, Deep Fried Shrimp & Scallops. I'm still learning how
to use the deep fryer, batter consistency ect.
It was a very enjoyable meal.
